Main appearance
Size: They are about the height of a regular human from 5''9 to 6''2. Male are generally bigger then female.
Tail: Their tail look mostly like a tick and long fabric, this tail is flexible and grow in complexity through their lives. The flat tail start around the hips and can support lots of weight, they usually place their pups on it to transport them.
Their tail is almost like a fifth limbs so they're rarely damaged, a frilly dragon with a damaged tail have less chance to find a mate. Especially since to seduce female, male do a parade similar to peacock.
Skin: Frilly dragon have a soft skin that repel water, the lack of fur doesn't make them suitable for cold climat.
Ears: They usually have two long ears and under it can be find what we call feelers, like their cousin the shrimp tailed dragon they use those feelers to feel the movement underwater to find their predators.
Color: Frilly can be find of any kind of color, and those usually come from their parent relative. Example. if the father is blue and the mother purple, the child that come from those two will have cold color between those color.
Socialization
Frilly dragon are a peaceful community, they prefer to avoid other people and stay with their own kind near the water. Though they love what is bright and shiny, they often steal to people what they find or trade it. They just can resist to jewel and pretty object. They're pretty much civilized and they often wear soft and light fabric to hide their private part as respect, though they prefer not wear lots of fabric since their skin need to breath.
Babies
Female from this species give birth, they keep their eggs inside their bellies to keep them safe until they develop their limbs and lungs to survive out of the water. Long time ago this species layed eggs in some kind of nest filled up with water to help their child to survive until they developed what they need. But evolution helped them to survive a different way. They usually give birth to 3 youngsters but rare are those who reach the adulthood, usually only one survive.
